Job Description:
A U.S. based company, (MODIA, LLC) with back office in Navi Mumbai, is seeking for an individual who would be responsible for inbound and outbound Calls/Responding to Emails’/Handling Corporate Sales and Customer Queries. Preferably female candidates willing to work in night shifts and having a prior working experience in the reputed call centres would be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile:
2 Years of Experience of working in the Call Centres
Must be willing to work in Night Shifts
Fluent English U.S. Accent & should have Excellent Communication Skills
Entire Education should be in English Medium, preferably Convent High Schools.
Experience in Renowned Call Centres would be a plus.
