    (1) ADMINISTRATION
    - Undertake general office administration, and supervise other clerical and administrative staff.
    - Maintain a proper communication and registration system, comprising handling of incoming and outgoing mail (by letter, fax, E-mail), telephone/ fax system, and computer LAN system, as per procedures.
    - Procure all essential consumable stores and, by the use of a record book (see Form A5), ensure the specified stocks items are maintained, control of the issue of all consumable items to reduce waste.
    - Compile, and check monthly, an inventory of all items of office furniture and equipment, non-consumable store, etc, for which an account will be required on completion of the Contract.
    - Ensure monthly payment of rent, utilities and vehicles.
    - Monitor use of vehicles and performance of drivers.
    - Assist with expatriate staff formalities of police registration, customs clearance, opening bank account, finding housing & furniture, etc.
    - Make travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors.
    - Maintain expenses for entertainments and business promotion work (Approval from T.L is required).
    - Maintain lighting, ACs, water, and generator/UPS, and ensure offices and toilets are kept clean and tidy.
    - Provide and maintain a daily attendance register.
    - Provide and maintain a Leave Chart to cover all Project Staff.
    - Undertake such other duties as required by the R.E to maintain an efficient and economic administration.

    - Maintain a helpful environment among the office staff.
    (2) Financial
