Desired Candidate Profile:
Incharge of all security. Planning security, assessing risk and developing effective guarding plans and strategies.

Ensure all security posts are manned at all times. Deploying security personnel appropriately and ensuring their efficient functioning, including attendance and discipline.
Taking complete control of material movement. Ensuring there is no theft, pilferage or un authorised outward movement of materials by ensuring proper material movement processes are followed (inward/outward register, etc.).

Ensure all fire and safety equipments are in working conditions at all times. Conduct fire safety drills in all units from time to time

Perform a regular survey of all premises

Co-ordination with outsourced security agencies
Maintenance of proper records and documents in relevant files

Ensuring timely preparation and presentation of internal reports to Director (Operations)

Identify potential untoward incident and report the same to the Director (Operations) Manager for appropriate action

Exercising good judgment, wiseness and maturity while taking appropriate action to address any incidents.

Take charge in emergencies

Build and maintain cordial relations with local law enforcement authorities.

Performing other duties as assigned.
