Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science 8+ years experience in applications development in Windows
- Strong background in multi-threaded programming in C/C++, IPC (inter process
- communication), events, semaphores, etc.
- Strong background of Visual Studio
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems internals
- Excellent debugging skills
- Experience in interacting with Windows device drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and get things done in a dynamic, fast paced
- environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills essential.
- Experience in providing technical leadership to both onsite and offshore engineering team members.
- Desirable to have a background Linux application development
- Experience with Install shield or other windows installer is a plus
