Project aim was to design a drawer which is being automatically controlled by using digital circuits. In this project we made a drawer with four trays which are being rotated with the help of a stepper motor. When we press the button for the required tray then the required tray stops in front of the window as soon as the sensor senses the tray and the person can pick and drop the things from the tray.

Title: BATCH REACTOR USING PLC & SCADA
Description:
Controlling parameter like ‘Temperature’, ‘Level’. Analog and Digital I/O. Controlling with PLC programming and manual control by using SCADA Screen. Mixing of two or more chemicals in batch wise. Application in bottling plants.

This project consist of lode cell, lode cell convertor, Micrologix 1200 PLC. In this project analog parameter is calebrated. By using this systeem we can calculated the fill rate, material weight in the cored wire. This is the R & D Project of ARDEE.
