- Thickness measurement by Ultra Sonic wall thickness Gauge.
- Radiographic inspection for long seams, circ seams of pipelines & pressure vessels.
- Magnetic particle inspection & Dye Penetrant test for structural & pipes.
- PT : Checking weld areas at Boiler Mill side walls.
- MPT : Checking of welds in Boiler drum and Main Steam Lines.
- UT : Lamination checking on raw materials.
- UT : Scanning various types of shafts like generator shaft, turbine shaft.
- UT: Weld scans for Air ducts and pipe joints.
- Prepare the NDE Inspection reports with approved formats
- Co-ordination with NDT crews.
