Job Description:
Performance of all necessary functions to model & simulate the response to structural, thermal & vibration loads in pump & turbo-machinery components, assemblies and other products, employing best practices of FEA in ANSYS.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: UG- BE/BTech-Mechanical/Aeronautical /Aerospace Engineering and
PG- MS/MTech in FEA or structural engineering preferred.

- Numerically model and simulate the behavior of bodies under complex structural loading scenarios to provide predictions of structural performance & integrity, sensitivity studies and recommendations for design improvement/optimization for performance, robustness, & cost.

- Expertise using high-end FEA software like ANSYS for a wide variety of structural, thermal & vibration loading scenarios. Expertise with non-linear analysis of materials exhibiting complex behavior.

- Support the development of processes for improving the accuracy, efficiency, & value proposition of the FEA effort. Work with outsourcing partners, if required, to guide analysis activities and review the deliverables.

- Experience with structural optimization using DOE or other methods. Experience with parametric CAD software, preferably Pro/Engineer.

- Communicate FEA study-related information to global Value Centers & regional ITC Departments.

- Actively participate in the validation of FEA models & simulations with experimental data from laboratory testing.

“TO DEVELOP HYDRAULIC SCRAGGING PRESS”
- A scragging is process of applying the load on the spring will have to undergo during its service life. Due this residual favorable shear stress is induce in spring which make spring stronger.
- So for the spring greater capacities such as spring used in railway wagons required improved press to apply load up to 5-10 tones. To overcome this problem we are going to developed scragging press which is capable to apply the load up to l0 tones operated by means of Hydraulic system.
- In these systems we adjust the true length of spring with apply gradually increasing load or cycle time. Scragging is stress removing-process-on-spring.
“ARROWNOMATICAL JACK SYSTEMS”
- Arrownomatic jack is a pneumatic cylinder with air-combination base project with the pressure by air-pressure system from aero plane wheel.
- When required replacement of front or rear wheel than airport authority Arrow engineers must use this arrownomatic jack.
- Arrownomatic jack takes the air from the front wheel or other elevated wheel and the aero plane lifted through the jack. After replace damage wheel the collected air is refilled in the supply wheel.
“HYPERSONIC HYBRID VEHICLE”
- An aircraft with Scramjet flies at speed greater than Mach 5. Turbojet’s efficiency is less at higher Mach speed. We propose the use of Turbojet with Scramjet to start the plane from rest and to fly it at a speed greater than Mach 5.
- Due to less density of air at higher altitudes, efficiency of scramjet reduces. For increasing its efficiency, we propose the use of Plasma and Double delta wings.
- Plasma reduces friction by deviating streamlines of air in scramjet and double delta wings give good lift. By this innovation, the plane can fly at Mach15 to mach 20.
