Job Description:
IT sales (finding placements with the U.S. clients).
IT recruiting (finding external consultants that meet the client/vendor requirements).
Evaluating candidates based on vendor/client's requirements.
Pre-screening the job-seekers, scheduling them for client interviews.
Coordinating with Practice Managers in preparing resumes for consultants, and conducting/arranging for mock interviews.
Effective usage of job portals/ job boards available for talent hunting.
Negotiating terms on contract, rate, and organizing documentation work along with contract agreement with vendors and candidates.
Effective usage of email/phone/fax.

Work timings: 6:30pm to 4:30 am IST.
