i have found this site livejob dot eu where you can create a video CV and send it directly to the compagnies. i have found this site as an big help, because of the personality and possebilitys there is in a video CV. it is for jobsearching in europe and denmark, but it is also a help for anyone all around the world.
so check it out :) it it's for free and it's very easy to use.
