ServSolid Inc is a IT services company based in Sterling, VA. ServSolid provides services in form of IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation and Software Development Services.

We are looking for an energetic “IT Recruiter” to augment existing IT recruiting team. He/She will be based in India and will work from home. The working hours will be 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM US (Eastern Time Zone) i.e 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM (Indian Standard Time, Monday through Friday). He/she should possess their own Personal Computer/Lap Top with high speed internet access. The candidate can be based in any city of their choice.

Desired Candidate Profile:
We are looking for energetic IT Recruiter with 3+ years experience in the US staffing market.
The candidate should be well versed with job portals like Career Builder, Dice, Monster etc and should be able to make quick searches to identify the right candidate and submit his/her profile.
Searching the right profile on job portals, Sourcing through third party vendors, Screening resumes, talking to consultants/engineers and negotiating salary/contracting rates, Posting jobs on job portals are some of the key functions
Negotiate the pay rates with the subcontracting companies and close the position.
Candidates with good network in the US IT staffing market - preferred
Must have good expertise and experience understanding the technologies
Must have appreciation of work categories (H1B, W2, 1099 etc.)
Developing and maintaining client contacts/relationships.
