    Job Description:
    Ensure execution of the events calendar
    - Ensure all agencies required are appointed
    - Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth functioning of the planned events

    Assist Manager Marketing to manage the Public Relations aspects of the mall
    - Conduct periodic reviews of the work of the PR agencies
    - Ensure communication of the upcoming plans of the Mall to the shoppers
    - Assist planning for CSR activities on behalf of the mall management
    - Ensure that the communications are according to the desired guidelines

    Assist retailers in carrying out specific promotion activities

    Develop customer understanding and receive feedback (for shoppers and retailers)
    - Monitor the feedback received from the customers and ensure action
    - Perform mystery audits to gain further insights

    Create the annual marketing plan for various marketing activities for the mall
    - Conduct in-depth market research to determine the various aspects of the marketing of the mall
    - Assist in planning the events calendar
    - Finalize the revenue and expenditure budgets for the marketing activities
