    Designation Deputy Manager- Furniture

    Job Description
    - To be responsible for the budgets and targets of the furniture, kitchen, GM sections & service deliverables and understanding & achievements of the targets as per the annual business plan by the team
    - To ensure training on product, process and behavioral training in coordination with L&D
    - To ensure implementation of SOPs on the floor
    - To track customer deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
    - To coordinate vehicle route plan and fitter availability with DM Support
    - To ensure right communication / commitment by Customer Support Associates to customers
    - To track customer deliveries as per the committed schedules in consultation with logistics/ category or DM Support
    - To coordinate with the DM Support & category for availability of products on the floor.
    - To ensure that the stocks are ordered from the local or central warehouse by the DM Support
    - To give feedback on the progress on movement of various products to DM Support & the category
    - To work out stock rotation of merchandise on display at regular intervals
    - To ensure proper visual merchandising at the store in coordination with the DM Support
    - To ensure accurate pricing on the shelf takers at all times
    - To ensure implementation of various schemes, promotions etc at the furniture sections
    - To mentor staff members to achieve targets and groom them into the next level
    - To ensure accurate tracking of bookings done on a daily basis
    - To plan fitters’ movements and monitor their productivity
    - To work out reordering of cash and carry merchandise required at the store on a regular basis
    - To train the sales team on new products on a regular basis
    - To ensure Customer Service Levels are attained

    Desired Profile
    Graduate with Management Degree and 5-6 years relevant experience in buying or selling of furniture.
    People management, Excellent understanding of business, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Balance of task and people orientation, Stress management, Mentoring skills, Objection Handling Skills are required.
