Job Description:
Responsible for store opening and closing.
Making sure that the store staff is present in the store as per the time schedules.
Responsible for revenue generation and achieving the targets of the store.
Responsible for store inventory and updating the same on regular basis.
Making sure that the inventory level is maintained as per the targets to be achieved.
Sending stock orders to the planning department for the replenishment.
Regular physical check of the inventory to maintain the accuracy level.
Generating different reports as per the requirement and understanding of the business.
Preparing different reports as per the requirements from the management on timely basis.
Training the store staff in different areas for the smooth functioning of the store.
Giving responsibilities to the team members as per there strengths and guidelines to improve on there weaknesses.
Handling customer queries and problems.
Responsible for day to day operating expenses of the store.
Preparing cash reports, vouchers and expense statements.
Making sure that all the store equipments are working properly at all times.
Responsible for smooth functioning of the store including day to day activities & legal liasioning.
