Job Description:
· To develop new packaging design concepts based on marketing briefs, using new technologies, innovative and inspiring designs to differentiate product on shelf and
increase sales
· Design, Develop and implement packaging development and engineering solutions from concept to launch for Food, Pharma, Consumer, Retail & Health Care industries for all levels of packaging (Primary, Secondary & Tertiary)
· Support all packaging formats including rigid and flexible for consumer and Industrial applications
· To coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Purchase and Quality Assurance Departments for conceptual development, Design and implementation of all related activities and
manage internal customer expectation.
· To identify & coordinate with various packaging material suppliers for qualifying existing and new packaging materials at various locations.
· To coordinate & conduct various packaging operation/line trials for moulds, packaging machines & related process.
· In this position, candidate will support our client team at Pune, Bangalore and Mumbai.
· Candidate should be willing to travel extensively and flexible to work at any location as per client requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile:
· Educational background: Science Graduate with P.G. Diploma in packaging or Mechanical Engg. with P.G. Diploma in Packaging
· Must have 5 to 10 + years of similar work experience in packaging development industry.
· Rich experience of all pack types, moulds, filling, capping & tooling works expected.
· Must have sound knowledge on latest technologies in Pkg Machineries, Materials and Systems.
· Must have packaging engineering creativity & expert in packaging communication.
· Good coordination and vendor management skills to manage existing and new vendors/suppliers.
· Good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills expected.
