    Job Description:
    1-Only "FEMALE" Candidate Preffered.
    2- Should be enthusiastic , hardworking,computer savvy and fluent in written and spoken english.
    3- She must enjoy taking on new responsibilities and challenges.
    4- Office timings will be 10am-6.00pm including saturday.
    Candidate may need to work beyond office hours on occasion.
    5- The candidate will report directly to the director and producer.
    6- The job will broadly entail checking and replying to mails,sending out bills,fixing appointment,handling petty cash,maintaining office records,registers and tapes,liaising with the accounts departments.

    7- Also she would be dealing with travel and hotel arrangements for the shooting crew , and any other follow ups that may be required.

    8- Maintenance of personal files of employees.
    9- Upkeep of the staffs' leave records etc.
    10- Secretarial – independently handle routine correspondence, take dictation, handle telephone calls, organize appointments, prepare presentations and take over day-to-day tasks from the CEO in order to enable him improve his productivity.
    11- Project Assistance - Assistance to Project Managers as needed.


    * Salary will depend on the ability and qualification of the candidate.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    1) Candidate should have fluency in Written and Spoken English.

    2) Should be computer savvy.

    3) Should have good organisational and communication skills.
