JOB SUMMARY
To provide required plant materials and maintenance of stock levels to achieve the targeted production and sales, Follow up with purchase orders and suppliers , monitor the receipts and expenditures, to maintain data in SAP like material inwards, outogoing, consumptions etc and lead, organize and train the associates
RESPONSIBILITY:
01. Ensuring the minimum stock levels.
02. Maintain the records pertaining to material receipts and consumption.
03. Following purchases and ensuring its receipts in time as per the specifications.
04. Maintenance of Central Excise and Sales tax records.
05. Following FIFO ( first in first out )procedure while issuing materials.
06. Ensuring maintenance of all books pertaining to Audit accounts.
07. Ensuring timely payments to creditors.
08. Co-ordination with corporate offices.
09. Scrutiny of expenditure and check of Bills.
10. Coverage of all types of Insurances and claims
11. Maintaing and updateing the parts codes and vendor list
