I am working with Trimex Industries Ltd. (One of the India’s largest Mineral Export Group, Chennai) as a Executive Chemist (Quality Control) at Branch Offices BHUJ & DWARKA, Gujarat. Trimex has operations in different parts of India as well as abroad. Their main job is mining & export of minerals and ores. I have worked in all our branches and Chennai Head Office laboratories and so I know the analysis of Bentonite, Bauxite and Iron ore.I am very well versed with Titrimetric and Physical analysis.


Responsibility Held:

- Supervising the sampling process and try to adopt the best of the sampling processes.
- To analyse the samples in the lab.
- Quality and Blending Planning: quality planning and blending of different bauxite and Bentonite planning at the port and mine plots to achieve the desired quality.
- Taking out reports for further correspondence.
- Maintenance of Documents and system according to the ISO 9001:2000 at Chennai Lab which is BVQI Certified.

Responsibility Held:

- Sampling: To supervise the sampling truck or tonnage wise.
- Quality Control: To analyse the raw material truck wise. To analyse the final product and do the trouble shooting.
- Documentation: Proper documentation and finally taking out the reports.
