JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
· New application study, Calculations of different parameters as per the requirement and design
point of view. Designing of Hydraulic System and Actuators like Hydraulic Cylinders. Sizing &
Selection of different make components as per the requirement, eg.Hydraulic Motors, Hydraulic
Pumps, Valves, Piping, Manifolds etc. Making Detailed BOM, Hydraulic circuit drawings, QAP,
and GA Drawings for customer approval. After receiving customer approval doing changes if
required and again getting Customer approval and Routing of Customer approved BOM,
Hydraulic circuit drawings, QAP, and GA Drawings for manufacturing purpose.
· As per customer needs Re-designing of hydraulic circuits and Cylinders for better control and
improved speeds and productivity. Costing by selecting different make suitable components
and controls as per customer’s Hydraulic circuit or requirement discussion and offering the
Hydraulic system or Power Pack for given application. Attending commissioning related trouble
shooting in hydraulic systems and setting operating parameters eg.speed, pressure.force,
synchronization etc.
· Exposure to hydraulics systems having (a) Meter in (b) Meter out (c) Bleed off (d) Close loop (e)
Open loop circuits.
· Exposure to doing business with diff Govt.Authorities and Public limited undertakings, defense
establishments etc.
· Well exposure and experience in developing new applications, interacting with customers on
technical issues and ready to do all needful for application engineering and Design of Hydraulic
Systems and actuators.
