Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects.
Review of design submissions and liaising with the appointed design consultants and local authorities.
Involve in all stages of the projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation to construction.
Undertake preliminary feasibility studies for various stages of the project.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Good Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
MTech Structural Engineering
Preferably a registered Professional Engineer with Board of Professional Engineers in India.
5 – 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to high rise buildings and deep basement construction.
A good knowledge of earthquake or geotechnical engineering is essential.
High level of competency in structural software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, PROKON and RAPT/ADAPT.
Good understanding of design, regulations and project implementation process are essential.
Eye for good design and a keen interest in details as well as the big picture when it comes to translating ideas into built form.
Team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership
Good command of English both written and oral
