Job Description:
- Identification and partnering with NGO’s, professional bodies and other potential partners working/capable of working for lung health promotion
- Liaisoning with educational institutions/corporate sectors and arranging educational activities pertaining to lung health
- Developing educational material, arrange for its printing and distribution
- Organizing and undertaking community educational activities focused at lung health promotion
- Facilitate in undertaking Spirometry, Carbon Monoxide estimation and other technical interventions in the community and support their documentation promoting follow-up and research
- To maintain collaboration with relevant Government programmes
- Organize and support activities on national programme days
- Undertaking activity specific administrative arrangements including seeking permission from police, MCD and other statutory authorities for holding activities in public places
- To provide appropriate back up on all lung health related issues
- To establish cordial relationship with media and maintain regular interaction with them
- Promote WLF-SA as an institution of professional excellence and enhance its visibility starting from India and extending it throughout SA region
- Any other duty assigned from time to time

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Medical graduate preferably with public health background
- MBA with experience of working in similar organizations
- Computer savvy
- Good command in spoken / written English
- Should be able to travel locally by own conveyance
