I am NIFT pass out (2010) B.Design in Knitwear Designing. Presently I am working in a fashion house under one renowned Fashion Designer in Kolkata. Unfortunately I have not got any recruitment letter etc. + other benefits like medical, leave with pay, traveling, accommodation etc. Moreover the salary is also not upto my expectation since my parents have spent a lot for me in making me graduate from NIFT. For my job I have to start from my house at 9 AM & return my home at 9 PM (traveling time 45 minutes per trip). Cannot I expect a good salary from a good recruiter with due authority i.e. appointment letter, medical facility, leave facility, accommodation etc. as per service rule. I prefer to work in Mumbai with above suitable needs. I don't know anything of this type of job + industry. I shall be happy for proper guidance.
