Controlling and checking of all fabrication activities :
Materials, Fit-Up, Welding Process, Visual, NDT, Free & Post Weld Heat.
Treatment and Hardness Test :
Weld Summary Report, Fit-Up and Visual Report, NDT Report, Incoming Material Inspection / MTC review for pipes, pipe fittings, Valve and Welding consumables as per the relevant codes, Inspection of flanges for serrated face, Visual Inspection for after Welding and dimensional inspection, Planning and arrange for the Welding Inspection, Monitoring the whole ventilation system design and incorporating onboard, Dry survey testing of compartment, & nesting plan.

Surface Cracks and Sub-Surface defects. Using Electro and Permanent Magnetic Yoke to Inspection for all welds Portion on Pipes, Plates, Tanks and Vessels.
Liquid Penetrant Inspection:
Inspection on Ferrous and Non Ferrous Forging Components and Raw Materials for Surface defects, Using Water solvable Dye Penetrant and Water solvable Florescent Penetrant to inspection for all Weld portion on Piping, Plates, Tanks and Vessels.
Radiographic Inspection:
