Job Description:
- Evaluate and audit telephone communications between our client?s agents and customers.
- Report the scores and provide detailed feedback to managers, supervisors and individual agents via an easy-to-use online reporting system.
- Regularly attend calibration calls with the clients to ensure 0% Quality variance.
Experience in a tech or a semi-tech process will be preferrable.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. 1 - 3 Years International Call Centre Experience in Voice process
2. Excellent Business Communication Skills (For Client Interactions)
3. Multitasking Abilities
4. Urge to grow into Middle and Senior Management positions
