Work Experience:-


A. Dock & Harbor Engineering

I. Container Terminal
Planning & designing of Container Terminal considering the berth occupancy factor, dwell time etc, including layout planning of the arterial roads, rail tracks, marshalling yards etc.
Project planning, design & construction, monitoring & tendering of Container Terminals for stacking loaded containers including construction of internal roads, R.T.G. crane track, fire fighting arrangements etc.
Preparation of estimate, B.O.Q. for the job, cost benefit analysis, tendering and execution of the job.

II. Lead-in-Jetty:
Planning, design & construction of R.C.C. jetties for loading, unloading of cargo, (Containers, break bulk, oil jetties) including layout planning of back yard, road connection, rail connection, administrative buildings etc.
Construction of lead-in-jetty for movement of ships towards lock entrance. The job involved construction of 1400 dia R.C.C. bored piles. Construction of pile muffs, precast members, construction of deck slab with ironite topping, fixing of bollards, mooring rings etc. Installation of different fenders.

III. Construction of Multipurpose berth:-
Construction of berth including construction of RCC Diaphragm wall of 800mm.thick, driven piles, raker piles, deadman wall etc. Design and analysis of mooring forces, berthing forces, and other loads and finding required no. of fenders and bollards. Construction of berth with provision of bollards fenders etc. Preparation of estimates, tender documents, evaluation of tenders etc.

IV. Other Projects:-

a) Project planning, design & construction, monitoring & tendering of different berths and jetties including construction of RCC piles, sheet piles, gangways, pontoons etc. including providing fenders and berthing facilities viz. bollards mooring rings etc.

V. River Maintenance and Bank Protection works
a) Construction of Spurs & Bank Protection Works:-
Project planning, construction, monitoring, estimation & tendering of spurs as river training works, with boulders and geo-bags, geo-jute, geo-fabrics, gabions, etc. Preparation of estimate, tender documents, evaluation of tenders etc.
b) Planning & construction of bank protection works, prevention of bank erosions, construction of toe walls, etc.




B. Infrastructure Development & Maintenance

I. Design and Construction of Sheds, Buildings, water tanks etc.

Planning, construction monitoring & tendering of different infrastructure facilities viz. construction of buildings, sheds, roads, water supply system, installation of pumps, sewage network , fire fighting arrangement, etc.

Maintenance & renovation of existing buildings, hospitals, interior decoration etc.
