Delivering Voice & Accent training for the new hires; Monitoring calls, giving them feedback on a daily basis.

Desired Profile
To conduct voice and accent and soft skills training, using resources provided by the company, for new hires inducted into the process, with a single batch size comprising of 20-30 new joiners, with a target of achieving 95% communication satisfaction and conversion score. Barge live calls and listen to recorded calls, and determine whether the existing representatives on the floor, require V&A training resolving to improve quality of communication. Further to strategize and improve training, by innovating new training techniques, and involvement in projects leading to elimination of any defects in the existing training process.

WNS is indeed a good company, I'm a former employee of wns phil. I enjoyed tmobile account so much I love what I'm doing I lovely job it's just I only hell of a problem it's my team manager at that time. she terminated me bcos I was hospitalized, but that's called illegal dismissal I already file a case and already talked to the department of labor employment about this and since I have all the documents to show about me being hospitalized DOLE said I have all the rights to file a case
