Job Description
#Experience in Server Operating System (Windows 2000/2003), Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 2000/XP Pro; MS Outlook, MS Office tools and Anti-virus softwares.
# First level support on Desktops, Peripherals, Servers and Office automation products. It will involve end to end installation, configuration, setup and maintenance of the whole IT infrastructure.
#Should have experience in Active Directory (Managing User Accounts), RUMBA, Ticketing Software for logging IT related issues, providing level-1 support.

# Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to Internal End Users and External
# Possesses strong customer service skills with ability to balance technical support, written / oral communication.
# Ticket generation and tracking / First time resolution / Customer support / Follow-up’s & Status updates
#Awareness of basic system concepts and technologies.
# Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.
#Ability to work effectively as a team member and to handle continuous calls.

# Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and Troubleshooting
