    Job Description
    Knowledge and experience of MVS mainframe operating systems, Batch processing, TSO/ISPF sessions

    Desired Profile
    Basic Skills
    - 3-4 years experience with;
    - Knowledge and experience of MVS mainframe operating systems
    - Knowledge and experience with MVS Batch processing
    - Knowledge and experience with TSO/ISPF sessions -
    - Basic IBM mainframe utilities
    - IEBCOPY/IEBGENER/ICAMS -
    - Experience with program product installations
    - Well developed English speaking skills
    - Exceptional documentation skills
    - Knowledge of MS-Word, Power point, EXCEL
    - Ability to document clearly and communicate well with all international peers and clients

    Optional Skills
    - Program product packaging, Product downloads, Program products installation
    - Basic subsystem maintenance, Introductory SMP/E and utility work
    - z/OS systems, major subsystems, and program products installation, SDT Oncall, Documentation updates, Basic subsystem maintenance, Introductory SMP/E and utility work.
    - Remote Software Installation Deployment - Customer facing skills.
    - Expert level with z/os, subsystems, program products, SMPE and utility work, Mastery of SDT process and practices, Remote team leader
    - Able to conduct training and user community presentations with Web-ex software and international conference calls
