    We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with corporate product development & management team in US. He will initiate, plan and implement internal and external product communications, events and other technical marketing activities for India covering the Quest's Oracle development tools, and drive database tools business in key enterprise accounts. Ability to work closely with the India sales team as well as remotely with the corporate team is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:
    · Evangelize Quest's Oracle development tools to developers in our customers and partners through product trainings, product demonstrations and on-site user group and seminar moderation
    · Train internal and partner sales force on positioning Quest's latest oracle development tools
    · Administer certification testing program for the Quest tools for customers and partners
    · Ensure local sales force has up-to-date, well-organised technical & positioning information and materials for the covered products to effectively represent Quest Software
    · Develop an understanding of the technical needs of key accounts and work with account managers to develop a technical and sales plan for each key account.
    · Develop and manage a TOAD User Group for India, leveraging experience of TOAD World

    Skills and Qualifications:
    · Overall at least 10 to 12 years experience in a senior technical position
    · Strong background in PL/SQL development & tuning using TOAD is a must
    · Experience of Oracle administration at a large IT company is important. Ideal candidate will also have some experience dealing with commercial aspects
    · University degree in technology is required. A post graduate degree in business is nice to have.
    · Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    · Must be a dynamic speaker and be able to do presentations for large audiences
    · Ability to work on various projects simultaneously
    · Independent, flexible and creative thinker
    · Ability to travel up to 30% of work time

    Territory Account Manager (Based in Bangalore)

    This position calls for an independent, confident and results orientated sales professional with a good understanding of key business and IT issues and a proven direct sales track record into large IT accounts in the southern part of India

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis in a rapidly changing and highly competitive marketplace by utilizing Quest Software resources as required.

    · Devise sales strategies and targets through targeting key clients, identifying key decision makers and leverage opportunities to promote and sell Quest Software products and services.

    · Drive revenue generation through Quest Software and deliver significant value to clients through undertaking research and gaining an in-depth understanding of the Commercial, Financial or Government sector

    · Ensure Quest Software’s presence and reputation is maximized with clients, partners, analysts and special interest groups.

    · Effectively build and optimize long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with clients that fully maximize Quest Software’s business and product base.

    · Undertake formal presentations to clients as required and build awareness of products

    · Provide informed input to proposals and tender submissions as required in a professional and time effective manner.

    · Keep abreast of latest Quest Software product technology and the IT industry in general in order to make informed decisions and solutions for clients.

    · Represent Quest Software professionally, knowledgeably and with credibility, liaising with clients, stakeholders and suppliers as required.

    To Qualify, you need to have:

    · A good university degree in any discipline

    · Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills in English

    Proven track record in successfully closing large accounts and achieving sales targets
    · 7 - 10 years of IT software sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative and solutions sales into large IT users in the Commercial, Financial or Government sector

    Experience with selling Application Performance Management, Systems and Database management solution is a definite plus
    Ability to make insightful, timely decisions in difficult, complex deals and opportunities

    Regional Sales Manager – South India & Emerging Markets (Based in Bangalore)


    This Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams responsible for selling Quest’s enterprise software solutions, including Application Performance Management, Windows Management and Database Management tools in a Southern and Eastern geographic territory.


    Responsibilities for this position include:

    · Manage, motivate and drive staff to strategically sell into premium accounts

    · Plan & execute to exceed revenue targets

    · Demonstrate a track record of success in selling complex software solutions

    · Sell software solutions to senior management, including C-level executives

    · Demonstrate accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills

    · Develop strategic sales plans to ensure continued revenue growth for all of Quest’s products

    · Provide excellent leadership to the team

    · Follow organized sales process etc.

    · Be a self starter with determination to succeed

    Requirements:
    · 4+ years sales management experience in enterprise software sales.

    · 10 -15 years successful experience as a successful sales representative selling software.
