Job Description
Efficient Secretarial Assistance to President & CEO
Preparing presentations for President & CEO (Both Internal & External)
Arrangements for foreign travel including Ticketing, Visa, Foreign exchange, Hotel Bookings, Documentation for the meetings at visiting place etc
Managing the itinerary and Time of P &CEO and appropriately fixing the meetings
Independent coordination for Foreign Travel requirements of CEO
Help to CEO in facilitation of Review Process
Coordination between plant locations and Corporate Office (Information, Reports, Capexes, Sanction Note etc)
Ensuring that the background papers are circulated to all participants well in advance for the reviews and meetings
Collection of data for the meetings/presentations/reports from various plants
Interaction with International Customers and Suppliers for finalizing and fixing the itinerary for the P&CEO’s visits and discussions
Services to Customer/Supplier/Unit meetings at Delhi (including logistics)
Management of the documents from units for approvals from P & CEO & CMD (Board Notes, capex, sanction note, travel plan etc.)
Coordination for Corporate Office meetings/functions
Up dating of P & CEO’s Breakthrough Management Control Points on a monthly basis
Maintenance of confidential information
