Job Description
As a member of the internal function, you will assist in day to day operation of the office.
You would be handling Visa and travel arrangements.
You would help employees with travel related activities like VISA, ticketing, forex, booking of hotels, AT&T calling card.
You would be organising office and employee events.
You would be managing appointments, calendars and conference bookings.
You would help in filing records etc.
You would be managing attendance and leave.
You would schedule interviews and also help with joining formalities for the new joinee.
You would be managing birthdays and anniversaries messages and gifts.
Desired Candidate Profile
You would be a female graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
You should be detail oriented and comfortable in handling multiple tasks.
You should have high energy, positive attitude and ability to get things done.
