Job Description
- Execute the CAD tasks (2D+ 3D) in the required CAD software (CATIA V5 / CATIA V4 / UG).
- Ensure daily delivery targets for the given tasks.
- Follow defined methodology for creation of the CAD models and drawings.
- Follow processes, standards and guidelines.
- Meet quality and delivery targets in day-to-day customer deliveries.
- Understand customer requirements, clarify inputs and perform the tasks accordingly.
- Maintain current CAD file management practices.
- Perform quality check as per established guidelines.
- Use, learn and gain product knowledge.
- Apply and facilitate QFD, FEA, FMEA, DOE, VA/VE and DFM/DFA in the development of the product.
- Provide inputs in estimating the time and resources required to perform a particular project.
- Suggest improvements in own areas.

Desired Candidate Profile
Automotive product design experience

Proficiency in multiple CAD systems
Word processing, spread sheets, database applications

Seating experience will be preferred.
Experience in CATIA V5 is a must.
