Job Description
To support various Automotive business related development programs through CAE. Engineer will be required partner with products team, understand the design intent, develop and validate FE (Structural/Thermal) models to substantiate the engineering designs for various automotive systems and components.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be familiar with Linear as well as Non-Linear Structural analysis using ANSYS and should have thorough Knowledge of theoretical fundamentals of FEA.

Desired to have experience on validating models through use of test data, hand calculations or other acceptable means. Should have demonstrated ability to interpret, summarize & communicate FE analysis results with appropriate reasoning while working in past.

Working knowledge of Hypermesh and exposure to Pro-E/CAD system would be preferred. Knowledge of mechanical testing methods used to validate simulation models would be an added advantage.

In this project we have designed a piston for 150cc petrol engine of model Suzuki GS 150 R using theoretical calculations for material aluminium alloy A360 and cast iron.A 2D drawing is drafted and 3D modeling of piston is done in Pro/Engineering.A coupled field analysis on piston to validate the strength of designed model .
Analysis is used for two different materials i.e cast iron,aluminium alloy A360.The anlysis is performed to compare the stress values for two materials,the stress value is less for aluminium alloy A360 compare to cast iron. so we are choosed aluminium alloy A360 is best.
HYPER MESH TRAINING :

My Hyper mesh trainng is done in ZUTI ENGINEERING
SOLUTIONS, Hyderabad.Here I learned usage of Geometry,Shell mesh,Solid mesh,Tetra mesh
& total 1D, 2D,3D,analysis&different types of tools.The course duration is 45 days.
