    Job Description
    Ensuring overall growth of insurance business for magma (both captive & non-captive)
    Driving Non-Captive & Non-Rentalized business and achieving monthly targets.
    Enrolling channels & achieving non-captive insurance business through all the channels.
    Achieving cross-selling targets.
    Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the Telecallers,Insurance Executives & Claim Officer and ensuring that they achieve their targets.
    Achieving annual claim TAT.
    Ensuring customer satisfaction for both Non-Captive and Non-Rentalization business.
    Responsible for sending DBR (Daily Business Report) and other business MIS.
    Responsible for business data entries in Oracle ERP Insurance Module for both Non-Rentalized and non-captive converted cases.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Should have minimum 2 to 4 yrs of experience in General Insurance (Motor) Sales and should have handled a region independently for at least 2 yrs.
    ?Should have the zeal to achieve team targets and motivate team with Leadership qualities.
    ?Should have excellent communication skills and enterprising skills.
