    (A) I have been working with TCPL Packaging Limited, Silvassa, since 2006, November to till date.
    My working experience details are as under :-
    Job Profile :
    Accounts
    - Checking all purchase & expenses vouchers daily basis with hard copy proper supporting & TDS deductions.
    - Reconcile all ledgers of vendors in ERP system & coordinating with them in monthly.
    - Follow up for original bills from vendors for clear our GRN.
    - Coordination with stores person for making GRN & clear the Inwards.
    - Preparation funds planning for month wise.
    - Preparation of MIS report for our management.
    - Passed all provision entries on quarterly Basis.
    - Observe all vendors, employees & statuary payments.
    - Preparation FG & WIP valuation report monthly basis from ERP system.
    - Interaction with auditor & solve his quarries about account & taxes related issues at the time of internal audit & statutory audit.
    - Participate with my senior for preparation finalization report in end of the year.
    Income tax
    - Maintain income records of all employee & deduction TDS monthly Basis.
