Nature of Job and Responsibilities
- Supervision of Electrical Production Team at the time of fittings of Electrical Components and Panel wiring as per drawing given by Electrical Design Department.
- Commissioning of AC & DC Drive (ABB, Telemecanique, Siemens make).
- Installation, Commissioning and Trouble shooting of various motors like AC induction motors, DC motors, Servo motors, Stepper motors etc.
- Machine and control panel commissioning at customer end.
- Implementation of Pneumatic and Hydraulic control system and its maintenance.
- Preparing Relay logic circuit diagram according to customer’s requirement.
- Preparing and Maintain inventory of Spares and Consumable items.
- Inspection of Electrical bought out Components like Switchgears, motors, controllers, etc.
- Co-ordinations with Purchase and Planning department so as to assure material availability in time to ready the machine within lead-time.
- Responsible for plant maintenance (Lights, Fans, AC, DG Set, Pumps, Compressors, Cranes and M/C Shop etc.)
