JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include planning & execution and promotional plans such as organizing, conducting, managing & administrative function.
- Monitoring of overall Export and domestic dispatch activities.
- Co-ordination with marketing department for dispatch activities.
- Floating enquiries to various freight forwarders and shipping lines for container booking.
- Liasoning with Port and other Govt. agencies for Polymers/chemicals/Ferro Alloys export.
- Coordinating with Custom House Agents, C&F Agents and other external agencies for ensuring timely clearances and cost effective transport solutions.
- Road Transportation Management (Polymer, Chemicals and Ferro Alloys).
- As a core team member Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000) implementation inside the department as well as into the whole company.
- Forecast and plan dispatches as per availability of finished goods
- Coordinate with Regional offices for scheduling and planning of dispatch,
- Arrange transportation to meet business order of any volume,
