Job Description
Interface with Senior Management and users to understand and develop business and reporting requirements.
Determine and analyze Process & business requirements and evaluate solutions against these business requirements.
Ensure there is a holistic approach to reviewing business requirements. Be inquisitive and preempt future business requirements to extend and expand the scope of the solution.
Develop Functional specification that will be used by the technical team to develop the solution.
Propose and gain agreement from key sponsors on final solution for identified Business Requirements.
Assist the technical team in implementing solutions (design, project management, testing, verification, training, documentation, communications, facilitation)

Skill sets Required

Essential Adequate qualification with business discipline exposure.
Essential Demonstrable experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering and solution design for varying types of projects including application development and enhancements, application configuration, portal design and reporting.
Essential Understanding of SDLC process used for the implementation of the projects from inception to deployment.

Essential Demonstrable experience of process design and excellent documentation skills
Essential Ability to think logically in solving assigned business problems and to present findings with clarity in written form

Essential - Good level of comfort working with business managers having both corporate and production responsibilities

Written and oral communication
Presentation and facilitation
Enablement of cultural change
Essential Ability to facilitate and manage workshops with varying level of participants
