Job Description
Experience in the field of QA / QC in the organizations involving fabrication of carbon steel and Stainless steel components. He should be familiar with international welding techniques, conversant with Fabrication and welding codes of DIN and ASME standards. Knowledge of machining of steel components or large castings up to 2 T is required. Familiarity working in environment of machines such as VTL, HB, lathe and cylindrical grinders, measuring instruments will be preferred. Familiar to the environment of ISO 9001 standards and experience in working in accredited organizations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Inspection & control of incoming items as per the drawing & quality plan.
Drawing up of QA plans as per requirement & specification
Inspection of 'a' class items & proving feedback to vendor QA for improvement.
Should be able to carry out UT on his own & assess the results
Development of new parts at suppliers end ( Alternative function )
Inspection of parts at subcontractor's plant
To make design changes for improvement in functioning an as part of CAPA.
Carry out inspection in SAP system, preparing quality plans for all items ,preparing defect reports.
Should be able to take independent decision as per business process.
Planning calibration of measuring instruments alternatively.
Review of all test reports, certificates as per relevant standard & proper documentation.
The candidate should be energetic and should have a innovative mind for the development of components. Computer knowledge / SAP environment preferential. Professional qualification of evaluation of NDT techniques PT. MPT, UT & RT with level II. candidate should have hands on experience for measurement of parameters with medium to large measuring instruments.
