Job Description
Accountable for technical direction and management for a module/work stream in a project
Responsible for delivery of all engineering artifacts in the module – including requirements specs, design specs, test plans/cases, code and deployment documentation
Support in Estimating, Planning and co-coordinating engineering activity for assigned resources
Co-ordinate and correspond on technical matters with Project Leader and client staff as required
Comply with processes and procedures in vogue in the organization

Skill sets Required

Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in small/medium projects on the Microsoft platform in a lead role.
N-Tier Web-based application development experience with a very good understanding of .Net technologies – ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, HTML, Java script and Crystal Reports, Database concepts/SQL, Web services/XML.
Experience of requirements elicitation from business users and analysis of existing systems
Knowledge of OOAD, UML and design patterns.
Solution design experience in at least a couple of development/re-engineering projects
