Loan builder : Chase Home Finance has implemented a new point of sale (POS) system called Loan Builder. Once the prospective borrower agrees to a particular product-price combination on Loan Builder, the lead is converted to a loan and is passed on to another system called CLOSR for further processing and closing of the loan.
The Loan Builder system is already in production for the Sales Center.Currently makes available to the end users. These changes will enable Loan Builder to continue to meet the ever changing needs of the home loan environment.
CLOSR Overview : Chase Home Finance has implemented Chase Loan Origination System for Retail (CLOSR) as the mortgage origination and processing system for its Consumer Direct (CD) and Retail channels. The user can modify the document according to his feasibility like editing, navigating, downloading, etc. The user can use this application after made a required payment for the particular time duration.

They can also upload their document within their available space. If a new user wants to use application and password will be generated randomly and it is send to the valid email id provided.
