Initiating & Identifying in-house training needs schedule preparation, monitoring liaison with training agencies, maintaining training records, orientation towards SEZ IT industry needs.

Desired Candidate Profile
I Class Graduate preferably in engineering with aptitude and managerial ability for preparing and executing training programs, Excellent communication skills, Managerial capabilities, Team Lead Abilities.
Minimum of 10 years in Training and similar tasks.

A position in the Ship design industry where my expertise in Structural drawings, Various layout and Stability calculations etc. would be needed.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Four years Apprentice-ship in Indian Navy Dockyard Apprentice School Mumbai. ( then Bombay) Working knowledge in Auto-cad, Microsoft office etc.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- From March 1967 to Aug 1975 worked as Draughtsman/Senior Draughtsman in Naval Headquarters New Delhi on Lines Plan, Hydrostatic calculations, various Compartment layouts, preparation of structural drawings etc
- From Aug 1975 to Sep 1978 Worked as Head draughtsman in Warship Overseeing Team Calcutta (Kolkata) carrying out overseeing duties
- From Sep 1978 to Aug 1981 Worked as head draughtsman Chief Draughtsman in Directorate of Ship Production Naval Headquarters New Delhi, on various small crafts like SDBs TRVs and Production of Leander Class Frigates
- From Aug 1981 to March 1989 Worked as Junior Design Officer (Gazetted Officer) in Directorate of Naval Design on Corvettes and GT Frigates, Scrutinizing and Approving Structural and Various Layout drawings forwarded by Shipyard for Ship production.
- From March 1989 to Nov 92 worked as Asst Manager in Design Bureu Department of Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam, providing drawing office assistance to Naval Dockyard for maintenance of Warships
- From Nov 1992 to Jan 98 Worked as Assistant Officer-in-Charge, Constructors’ Training Office in Shipwright School, imparting training to Sub-Lietenants on Lines Plan, Hydraustic Curves, Bonjean Curves, Cross Curves of Stability, GZ Curves Launching calculation Curves, Mold Loft Excercises, Fairing of Lines of OutBossing ,Moulds for A Brackets etc,Patterns for Hawse Pipes.
- From Jan 1998 up to retirement(31 Jan 2001) Carried out Stability Calculation and Superstructure weight calculations besides a few outfitting drawings of GT Frigate, before retiring as Junior Design Officer from Naval headquarters.
- From 2007 to 2011, as design consultant for Indian aircraft carrier outsourced by Conceptia softwares limited, Delhi
