This vessel is Cargo Bulk Carrier of 18000 DWT and 180 mts in length.As a Pre-Outfitting Incharge handling all system spools erection and installation with inclusive of daily job activites mentioned below. Materials handled CS, GRE,SS spools fabrication and erection.
Ability to handle all Engineering &Machinery piping systems in Cargo Vessel.
In A.B.G. Shipyard working as a Production Engineer in Piping Department from last 2.years 11 months.
My First Project Interceptor Boat C-143 is successfully handed over to Coast Guard which is the fastest boat with 45 knots speed and in this project I handled total Piping jobs from Receipt Inspection to Final Installation Inspections. I am having keen knowledge in this project from minor to major in the piping system in all aspects.

PROJECT DETAILS :
C-143 (Y-243) :
Interceptor boat 26 mts. in length first of the eleven series boats. The boat client is Coast Guard and the third party inspector Lloyd’s Register of shipping. Designer of the boat is M/s Throny Croft.
From imagination I prepared the layout of the piping through Auto CAD software and implemented in the yard for easy access of routing and fouling of the pipes with other systems and machinery.
The material estimation with accordance & satisfactory of Din, Yard standards and owners requirements of the project.
Modifications in the piping system drawing with consideration of in site and
A new design of clamping is introduced by considering the boat speed and got it approved by the Client, Design and LR’s.
Each part of the material is examined and inspected in presence of the Client and LR’s, incase of discrepancies it is intimated to the supplier.
Before laying the pipe lines the space and the stress is considered in the site and than proceeded, after that it is updated in the drawing and intimated to the designer.
Hydraulic system of the boat is mainly considered because of high pressures and more vibrating moments.
With my below mentioned daily job details, stage by stage inspections of all the systems till the final installation inspections by satisfying both the Client & Surveyor.
It took few days and nights of hard labour work for completion of the project in expected time and motivation of my colleagues and workers made strengthened for my project success.
By commissioning the systems there are few failures which are taken into consideration and after resolving the boat went to Harbour acceptance trails and sea trails the problems which are occurred in the systems during sea trails are taken into priority and cleared it out upto owner’s and surveyor satisfaction for handing over.
All the precautions are been taken in the other yards C-144,C-145,C-146,C-147 which is not be repeated and for smooth production.

Y-318 Lamnalco Manakin :
It’s a 53 mm Z –drive AHT/FPSO support vessel and 100 tones bollard pull capacity which is completed and will be handing over to the Client by this month end. Piping materials
of this project deals with Mild Steel and carbon steel of material in piping which are of different systems.
Client of the ship is Lamnalco group from Saudi Arabia it is classified with the America Bureau of Shipping the design of the ship is Conan & WU.
Handling the jobs from major pipe diameter of 600 and a minimum of 8 mm in ship.
L.P. hydraulics and H.P. hydraulics which plays a major role in the ship for towing, anchoring.

Y-351 Lamnalco Mereskin :
It is a series vessel as of the Lamnalco Manakin which is launched and delivered under my Supervising of Piping Department.

1.4 yrs. Experience in Piping under L&T(Aanjali) as a Supervisor.
L&T Vizag Vessel Project in Visakhaptnam :
Client of the vessel is Naval Deffence based third party inspector is OT(NY).
It is my first job and I started my carrier in piping of Compartment-8.This compartment is engine part of the vessel which is of smaller in size and small sizes of piping are typical and hard for routing of the pipes. As mentioned in the below are my daily job details and responsibilities.
