Research Topic : “Studies in Separation of Molecule”
The project mainly involves extraction, separation and purification of naturally occuring
enzyme bromelain from pineapple fruit, which has therapeutic value. Bromelain was extracted
and partially purified from pineapple juice using aqueous two phase floatation system.

Co-Curricular Activities :

- Presented a seminar on “Strategies for Production of Bioethanol from
Lignocellulosic Biomass” under guidance of Dr. A. R. Juvekar as a part of M.Tech
curriculum.
- Presented a seminar on “Receptorial Mechanisms of Antiepileptic Drugs” under
guidance of Mr. Raghuvir Pissurlenkar.

Implant Training :
- Industrial Training at “Glaxo-Smithkline Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd, Nasik” For a
