    Job Description
    The MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Developer defines, designs and develops the data access components (reports, dashboards) required to support the business based on the standards and architecture specified by the Business Intelligence Architect.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Responsibilities:

    Builds design specifications and unit test plans for front-end analysis components
    Develops and tests front-end analysis components (reports, dashboards, ad-hoc query tools, etc.)
    Requirements:

    3-5 years of experience in MicroStrategy web and desktop SDK development
    Develop and maintain reporting applications and information delivery portal using Microstrategy .
    Proficient in dashboard layout, design, and development
    Experience in report publishing, automated report generation and document security (Narrowcast)
    Through understanding of data modeling relevant to MicroStrategy reporting.
    Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle9i) and client/server
    General understanding of the components of the selected front-end analysis technologies.
    Understands and can write reasonably complex SQL statements.
    Good knowledge in Data warehousing concepts, Star schema etc.
    Objective oriented with dedication and commitment to the job duties.
    4 year college degree preferred.
    MicroStrategy Certification desirable.

    Soft skills:

    Highly motivated individual with good customer relationship & support skills; quick learning ability in new knowledge.
    Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written skills.

    Additional requirements:
    Flexible working hours for urgent matter support .
    Should be willing to Travel to the US at a short notice.
    Oracle 9i certification a plus.
    SEICMM exposure a plus.
