Job Description
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the Quality Process as it relates to all software development projects for our Internationial Clients. Also responsible for achieving CMMi5 Certification.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bleum seeks an experienced QA Director to head up the Quality Assurance department in Shanghai. The position will report directly to the CEO and will also report on activities/progress to the head of engineering as well as major customers. While Bleum is already CMM Level 5, it wishes to achieve CMMi Level 5 in early 2009 and this person will have success as a key objective. The QA Director will also take primary responsibility for the in-house built quality management system called Hydra. Acting as the customer the QA Director will work with the development team to specify requirements and conduct acceptance of each release.

Requirements
• 5+ years in a CMM level 5 organization (preferably Infosys or Cognizant) in a QA role
• Good English skills and neutral accent
• 5+ years experience as a project manager in a CMM 5 organization
• CMMi ATM experience
• Master of Computer Science degree
• Extensive knowledge of software development metrics and quantitative management
• Experience working with SEPG and defining processes
