6. Installation & Maintenance of Computer hardware and Software.
7. Instruments Calibration and Installation of following sensor - Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Temperature Sensors, Differential Pressure Transmitters, Co2 Sensors and Transmitters, Flow Sensors and Transmitters.
8. Fiber Optic – Designing Layout, splice Chart and supervising Fiber Optic cable laying, Splicing . . using Fusion Splicing Machine and testing the fiber segments using Optical Time . . . . Domain Reflector (OTDR) and Optical Power Loss Test Set (OPLTS).

10. Tendering and Estimation. (BMS, PLC, and ELV System)

Project Management :
** Participation in daily, weekly and monthly meetings with construction management to review and analyze previous progress & efficiency.
** Identification of problematic areas & critical activities before occurrence and suggesting corrective measures to avoid / rectify the problems.
** Close coordination with consultants and client to review / evaluate daily, weekly and monthly progress, finalization of future targets.

Estimation :
** Take off, Preparation of BOQ
** Preparation of Pre-qualification documents.
** Site Measurements, Preparation of Interim Bill
** Preparation of Break Downs.
** Cash flow preparation & Work Studies

Cost Control :
** Cost analysis, Cost Control and accomplishment of project within budgets by finalizing appropriate specification, negotiation with vendors and contractors, efficiency analysis and supervision and to best utilize available resources.

Planning :
** Study the Drawings fully.
** Meeting the Consultant and Clients regularly.
** List out the all requirements as per site requirement.
** Sending the enquiries to all respective suppliers with correct specification and exact quantities.
** Compare all the quotations both technically and commercially to suit the site conditions.
** Negotiating with suppliers to avail maximum discount and delivery period.
** Finalize with one successful bidder and inspect their works to speed up the delivery period.
** Regular follow up with successful bidder for required delivery period.
** Hand over the material to our Project department at their required time on site.
** Projects site execution, supervision, inspection, manpower distribution, planning and scheduling.

Maintenance :
** Arranging for periodic testing of equipment & spares.
** Preparation, Update and upkeep of database records of BMS & ELV System.
** Test & Measuring Equipment and calibration.
** Interaction with other system contractor
