Job Description
This position includes the following tasks :
1. Responsible for overall implementation of ISO/TS 16949
2. Responsible for internal quality audit, process and product audit.
3. Preventation of environment,Health and safety and fire risk/reduce incident and accident rate.
4. Ensure compliance to legal and customer requirements and especially related to hazardous substance management.
5. Overall responsible for customer complaints.
6. Conducting Management review meetings for quality related issues.
7. Ensures RPS( Rieter Production System) methods and tools and implementation .
8. Defines RPS objectives and build up improvement action plan .
9. Identifies and implement best practices
10.Exposure to international working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Atleast 6-7 years experience in quality management (ideally in the automotive industry).
2. Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
3. Good knowledge of lean manufacturing concept, total quality management (TQM,ISO/TS 16949) system as well industrial safety regulations.
4. Intense experience in ISO certification and customer quality/process audit 5. Project Management experience desirable.
6. Experience in leading workshops.
7. Strong social skills .
8. Intercultural sensitivity
9. Ability to lead /coach people .
10. English is a must.
