    Job Description
    Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls including distribution.Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses.
    Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees.Responsible for maintaining the telephone registers including call tracking.Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating.Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office.Ensure receipt of magazines and newspapers for the building and ensure display of the latest version in the reception as well as removal of the outdated magazines.Provide assistance in general administrative activities .

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Preferably a Female Candidates must be graduate with pleasing personality. She should have good communication skills and typing skills. The individual will be responsible to co-ordinate in-house admin activities.

    Worked for two years as Admin Asst in Mehocorp (Carrier) , dealers of multinational Air Conditioner Company where in job involved making bills, keeping records of Sales details, Typing letters to customers, Browsing Internet, Sending e-mails and other related jobs. Worked as Receptionist in Asha Society and as Office Secretary (Executive Administration) with Udyogini (NGO), an organisation working for women empowerment. Worked with International Placewell Consultants as Executive Asst till Nov 08.

    Details of experience.

    · Worked with Mehocorp (Carrier Aircon) as Office Secretary for a period of two years, where in job included

    Ø Maintaining records of strength and compile statistical returns.
    Ø Dealing with all types of correspondence and maintenance of files.
