Description of Position:

The responsibilities include providing legal advice and opinions on a host of issues pertaining to day-to-day operations of the various businesses as also their strategic initiatives, briefing solicitors and counsel, conducting cases, making appearances before tribunals, quasi judicial authorities, drafting/vetting various types of agreements, petitions, plaints, written statements, legal notices etc.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for legal professionals with 3 to 7 years of experience. Candidates must possess adequate knowledge of various branches of law including contracts, arbitrations, intellectual property, indirect taxes, labour, civil and criminal procedures and constitutional law and must have had in-depth exposure at work in some of these areas of law. They should also possess requisite skills and ability at legal research and drafting of pleadings and opinions.
