With the acquisition of erstwhile Polychem Limited at Vadodara in 2000, we added facility for manufacturing Merchant SAN. With further expansion and addition of balancing equipment at both the units at Satnoor and Vadodara, our installed capacity exceeded 30000 TPA in 2002.

The Company has the strategy to grow by increasing market share, Domestic as well as Exports, together with acquisition of adequate infrastructure and is poised for a giant leap . Continuing on the path of expansion, BEPL acquired Rajasthan Petrochemical Limited (RPRL) - Group Company of Greaves Cotton India Limited, in the year 2004 to further enhance the production capacity to 48,000 TPA. Our plant at Satnoor ( M.P ) has been setup in technical collaboration with Sumitomo Chemical Engineering Co. Limited / Sumitomo Nagautuck Limited, Japan.
